Modern Estate Planning
for Modern Families

Until recently, the word ‘family’ conjured images of Ozzie and Harriet or Ward and June Cleaver and their children. The definition was simple: a husband, wife, and children.

Today, the modern family takes many forms. While these arrangements all differ, they do have one important thing in common: a loving commitment to take care of each other now and in the future. That’s where we can help.

Scriber Law Group, LLC is an estate planning and probate law firm based in Atlanta. We help couples and families of all backgrounds plan and protect their futures. We employ a comprehensive approach to estate planning and asset protection that provides our clients with more than a Will, Trust, or other legal documents. We work to create plans/strategies that engage the client directly in the process and create significant value by steering them through potential tax issues and familial conflicts.

We treat our clients with respect and honesty, present them with effective plans, and make sure our clients understand their plans before leaving our office. Though we work with all families, our firm is heavily experienced in handling the needs of clients with specific, complex estate planning and asset protection needs, such as same-sex couples and blended families.
